Due to lockdown in various areas and cities in wake of COVID-19, the candidates are allowed to submit the job application through Email as per following instructions.

•  Fill out the relevant fields of online application.
•  Upload passport size scanned photograph.
•  Download the application duly completed in all respects in pdf format.
•  Scan relevant degrees, certificates and documents and attach with the pdf application form and email to the Registrar Office ([email protected]) by 4:00 pm on 29.06.2020. The amount Rs. 500/- may be deposited / online transferred in the university account No. 01287902801499 maintained at HBL UET Branch Lahore. In case of online transfer, the evidence should be attached with the application.
•  The University will have the right to devise the criteria as deem appropriate in order to shortlist/ recommend suitable candidates in view of requirements of the University in a prescribed manner.
•  Incomplete and late submission of applications will not be entertained.
